It takes that extra effort, that extra time, extra research, and longer hours, but it is worth it for clients to be satisfied, which is the most important to me,” Griffin said.

Griffin reiterates how blessed she feels to be able to do what she does for a living.

“It just does not get any better than helping a family move on to the next stage in their life or help someone begin theirs. I have had first time home buyers cry at the closing table overwhelmed with joy and I was part of this. It is very satisfying to have satisfied sellers and buyers and I love that they trust me to work hard and do my very best for them,” Griffin said.

“I want them to know that I am their advocate,” Griffin said.

Griffin works in many different areas in and around Houston, from the Energy Corridor to the Inner Loop.

“I (have my) office and live in the Energy Corridor area and naturally work in the West Houston area and Katy. Many of my clients are relocating oil and gas employees, engineers and attorneys as well as first time home buyers in the area,” Griffin said.

Griffin also owns a home near downtown Houston and she also works in this area which includes the Inner Loop, Oak Forest, and Heights area.

“Most of my clients are repeat or referrals, so I am confident servicing my clients in any market area,” Griffin said.

Griffin attended Sam Houston State, and worked in industrial component sales for several years, followed by corporate accounts sales for cellular devices, so providing top-notch customer services is a natural for her.

“After receiving my real estate licenses, I have taken numerous additional courses and earned my Certified Negotiations Expert, Accredited Buyers Representation, Certified Relocation Specialists designations and am currently a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I believe in education and will always be in the pursuit of more knowledge, all to benefit my clients,” Griffin said.

Griffin’s hard work, experience and education has led to many awards, including being a Diamond Society Member, Senior Sales Associate, International Presidents Circle and Multi-Million Dollar Producer just in the last couple of years.

“I love Houston and am very excited about the Energy Corridor and the Westchase area as it is literally becoming the City Center! Everything is booming here and I am excited to introduce the area to my interested clients. Yet, I love all of Houston and all of the different types of homes that might meet my client’s real estate goals,” Griffin said.
